resulting government action (fines, seizure, asset forfeiture, legal fees, etc)

Travel Policy

“Travel” is determined to be anything outside the “Zone” in New York or outside a radius of 35 miles from city center
in Atlanta. You will be responsible for reimbursing us for all travel expenses including, but not limited to, baggage, airline,
hotel, and rental car. If production is booking please consult with us about requirements (for instance the least expensive
flights typically cost much more due to massive baggage fees). Per diem will be paid to all crew per the GSA rate. Mileage
will also be paid per the GSA rate. Crew will be paid as a “Travel Day” with a rate of a 5 hour minimum or the elapsed time,
whichever is greater. If any work is performed on a Travel Day it will switch over to a standard day the regular day rate applies.

**All aerial heavy lift jobs requiring travel need additional planning as the batteries for heavy lift work cannot fly and must be
shipped ground or driven to the location. We keep battery sets in New York and Atlanta. If your job is long term, including spread
out multi day shoots let us know and we will leave a set of batteries local.

Insurance For Aerial Work

To obtain a COI please provide us with the exact name and address for the company to be covered. Elemental carries $3m in
aviation liability which can be increased to as high as $10m with notice of at least 6 hours during standard business times
for a small additional fee. Payload coverage, for any equipment you provide, is also available for an additional fee. Hull
coverage requires that the serial numbers along with the owner’s (typically the rental house) be provided and takes around 3
days to obtain. Any item with a serial number that isn’t on the policy will NOT be covered.

Insurance For Underwater & Land Work

For this work we carry $1m general liability. As well as emergency hyperbaric coverage, including transportation, for the scuba
drivers we provide when applicable. We do not cover provided equipment, although it is typically covered by your standard equipment
coverage.
